Pokud bychom se \u0159\u00eddili pravidly logiky, bylo by jasn\u00e9, \u017ee aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 logicky sekvenovat genom n\u011bjak\u00e9 v\u011bci, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt tato v\u011bc nejprve prok\u00e1z\u00e1na jako re\u00e1ln\u011b existuj\u00edc\u00ed. Pokud byste sekvenovali genom \u010dlov\u011bka, mohli byste naj\u00edt osobu, kter\u00e9 genom pat\u0159\u00ed, abyste zjistili, zda skute\u010dn\u011b fyzicky existuje. Pokud sekvencujete psa, m\u011bli byste b\u00fdt schopni psa naj\u00edt a prok\u00e1zat jeho existenci. Logicky to d\u00e1v\u00e1 smysl. Kdybych v\u00e1m v\u0161ak uk\u00e1zal sekvenci a tvrdil, \u017ee poch\u00e1z\u00ed z draka, vysm\u00e1li byste se mi. O\u010dek\u00e1vali byste, \u017ee dok\u00e1\u017eu, \u017ee drak, z n\u011bho\u017e sekvence poch\u00e1z\u00ed, skute\u010dn\u011b existuje. Podle t\u00e9to logiky, aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 vytvo\u0159it sekvenci jak\u00fdchkoli \u010d\u00e1stic, o nich\u017e se p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1, \u017ee jsou “virem”, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt nejprve prok\u00e1z\u00e1no, \u017ee tyto \u010d\u00e1stice fyzicky existuj\u00ed. Bez tohoto d\u016fkazu existence nem\u00e1 genom smysl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jak by tedy virolog prok\u00e1zal, \u017ee “virov\u00fd” genom pat\u0159\u00ed skute\u010dn\u00e9mu “viru”? Teoreticky by m\u011bl b\u00fdt schopen odebrat vzorek (tj. tekutinu z bronchoalveol\u00e1rn\u00ed lav\u00e1\u017ee) p\u0159\u00edmo od nemocn\u00e9ho pacienta a pot\u00e9 jej podrobit n\u011bkter\u00e9mu z purifika\u010dn\u00edch\/izola\u010dn\u00edch proces\u016f (centrifugace, filtrace, precipitace atd.), kter\u00e9 by se m\u011bly ve virologii b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvat, ale ve studi\u00edch jaksi pravideln\u011b chyb\u00ed. Tento krok by se prov\u00e1d\u011bl proto, aby se odd\u011blily (izolovaly) \u010d\u00e1stice, o nich\u017e se domn\u00edvaj\u00ed, \u017ee jsou “virem”, od v\u0161eho ostatn\u00edho, co je ve vzorku ur\u010dit\u011b obsa\u017eeno (hostitelsk\u00e9 bu\u0148ky, bakteri\u00e1ln\u00ed bu\u0148ky, bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 zbytky, extracelul\u00e1rn\u00ed vezikuly, exozomy atd.). Pod elektronov\u00fdm mikroskopem by zkontrolovali, zda v\u0161echny \u010d\u00e1stice v jejich vzorc\u00edch maj\u00ed stejnou charakteristickou velikost a tvar. Teprve a\u017e by skute\u010dn\u011b m\u011bli purifikovan\u00fd\/izolovan\u00fd vzorek \u010d\u00e1stic pova\u017eovan\u00fdch za “viry”, mohli by se pokusit prok\u00e1zat patogenitu ve studi\u00edch na zv\u00ed\u0159atech. Teprve a\u017e by se prok\u00e1zalo, \u017ee tyto \u010d\u00e1stice skute\u010dn\u011b existuj\u00ed, mohli by z nich z\u00edskat genom, kter\u00fd by m\u011bl n\u011bjak\u00fd v\u00fdznam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Byl tento postup proveden u “SARS-COV-2” (nebo u jak\u00e9hokoli jin\u00e9ho “viru”)? Ne. P\u016fvodn\u00ed genom “SARS-COV-2” byl sestaven v po\u010d\u00edta\u010di na z\u00e1klad\u011b nep\u0159e\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 tekutiny z bronchoalveol\u00e1rn\u00ed lav\u00e1\u017ee (BALF) jednoho pacienta.<\/strong> Nedo\u0161lo k \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9mu pokusu o purifikaci odst\u0159e\u010fov\u00e1n\u00edm\/filtrac\u00ed vzorku, aby se odd\u011blil “virus” od v\u0161eho ostatn\u00edho v tekutin\u011b BALF. Nebyla provedena kultivace “viru” a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 sekvenov\u00e1n\u00ed genomu z t\u00e9to toxick\u00e9 pol\u00e9vky. Vzali p\u0159\u00edmo z nep\u0159e\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9ho BALFu jednoho pacienta, kter\u00fd obsahoval mnoho nec\u00edlov\u00e9ho genetick\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu, a pouze na jeho z\u00e1klad\u011b ur\u010dili genom “viru”. Sestavili ho a namapovali na model genomu pomoc\u00ed po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00fdch algoritm\u016f, predik\u010dn\u00edho softwaru a referen\u010dn\u00edch genom\u016f z podobn\u00fdch ne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch zdroj\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Takto byl postup pops\u00e1n v aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed studii:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nov\u00fd koronavirus spojen\u00fd s lidsk\u00fdm respira\u010dn\u00edm onemocn\u011bn\u00edm v \u010c\u00edn\u011b<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

“Abychom prozkoumali mo\u017en\u00e9 etiologick\u00e9 p\u016fvodce spojen\u00e9 s t\u00edmto onemocn\u011bn\u00edm, odebrali jsme tekutinu z bronchoalveol\u00e1rn\u00ed lav\u00e1\u017ee (BALF) a provedli hloubkov\u00e9 metatranskriptomick\u00e9 sekvenov\u00e1n\u00ed. <\/strong>Klinick\u00fd vzorek byl zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1n v laborato\u0159i \u00farovn\u011b biologick\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnosti 3 v \u0160anghajsk\u00e9m klinick\u00e9m centru ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed. Z 200 \u03bcl BALF byla extrahov\u00e1na celkov\u00e1 RNA a byla vytvo\u0159ena metatranskriptomick\u00e1 knihovna pro p\u00e1rov\u00e9 sekvenov\u00e1n\u00ed (150-bp \u010dten\u00ed) pomoc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstroje Illumina MiniSeq, jak bylo pops\u00e1no d\u0159\u00edve4,6,7,8. <\/strong>Celkem jsme vygenerovali 56 565 928 sekven\u010dn\u00edch \u010dten\u00ed, kter\u00e1 byla de novo sestavena<\/strong> a prov\u011b\u0159ena na potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed etiologick\u00e9 agens. Z 384 096 kontig\u016f sestaven\u00fdch pomoc\u00ed Megahit9 m\u011bl nejdel\u0161\u00ed (30 474 nukleotid\u016f (nt)) vysokou abundanci a byl \u00fazce p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00fd s izol\u00e1tem koronaviru (CoV) podobn\u00e9ho netop\u00fd\u0159\u00edmu SARS – netop\u00fd\u0159\u00ed SL-CoVZC45 (GenBank p\u0159\u00edstupov\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo MG772933) – kter\u00fd byl d\u0159\u00edve odebr\u00e1n v \u010c\u00edn\u011b, s identitou nukleotid\u016f 89,1 % (dopl\u0148kov\u00e9 tabulky 1, 2). Sekvence genomu tohoto viru, stejn\u011b jako jeho zakon\u010den\u00ed, byly ur\u010deny a potvrzeny pomoc\u00ed reverzn\u011b transkrip\u010dn\u00ed PCR <\/strong>(RT-PCR)10 , resp. 5\u2032\/3\u2032 rychl\u00e9 amplifikace konc\u016f cDNA (RACE). Tento kmen viru byl ozna\u010den jako WH-Human 1 coronavirus (WHCV) (a byl tak\u00e9 ozna\u010den jako “2019-nCoV”) a jeho sekvenci cel\u00e9ho genomu (29 903 nt) bylo p\u0159id\u011bleno p\u0159\u00edstupov\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo GenBank MN908947. P\u0159emapov\u00e1n\u00ed dat ze sekvenov\u00e1n\u00ed RNA na kompletn\u00ed genom WHCV<\/strong> vedlo k sestaven\u00ed 123 613 \u010dten\u00ed, kter\u00e1 poskytla 99,99% pokryt\u00ed genomu p\u0159i pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 hloubce 6,04\u00d7 (rozsah 0,01-78,84\u00d7) (Extended Data Obr. 3). Virov\u00e1 n\u00e1lo\u017e ve vzorku BALF byla pomoc\u00ed qPCR odhadnuta<\/strong> na 3,95 \u00d7 108 kopi\u00ed na ml (Extended Data Obr. 4).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Organizace virov\u00e9ho genomu WHCV byla ur\u010dena zarovn\u00e1n\u00edm sekvenc\u00ed se dv\u011bma reprezentativn\u00edmi z\u00e1stupci rodu Betacoronavirus: koronavirem spojen\u00fdm s lidmi (SARS-CoV Tor2, \u010d\u00edslo z\u00e1pisu v GenBank AY274119)<\/strong> a koronavirem spojen\u00fdm s netop\u00fdry (netop\u00fdr SL-CoVZC45, \u010d\u00edslo z\u00e1pisu v GenBank MG772933). Na z\u00e1klad\u011b tohoto zarovn\u00e1n\u00ed sekvenc\u00ed a p\u0159edpov\u011bdi ORF<\/strong> byly zmapov\u00e1ny netransla\u010dn\u00ed oblasti a otev\u0159en\u00fd \u010dtec\u00ed r\u00e1mec (ORF) WHCV. Genom viru WHCV byl podobn\u00fd t\u011bmto dv\u011bma koronavir\u016fm (obr. 1 a dopl\u0148kov\u00e1 tabulka 3).  Po\u0159ad\u00ed gen\u016f (5\u2032 a\u017e 3\u2032) bylo n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed: ORF1ab replik\u00e1zy, hrot (S), obal (E), membr\u00e1na (M) a nukleokapsida (N). WHCV m\u00e1 5\u2032 a 3\u2032 termin\u00e1ln\u00ed sekvence, kter\u00e9 jsou typick\u00e9 pro betakoronaviry, s 265 nt na 5\u2032 termin\u00e1ln\u00edm konci a 229 nt na 3\u2032 termin\u00e1ln\u00edm konci. P\u0159edpokl\u00e1dan\u00fd replik\u00e1zov\u00fd<\/strong> gen ORF1ab WHCV m\u00e1 d\u00e9lku 21 291 nt a obsahoval 16 p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dan\u00fdch nestruktur\u00e1ln\u00edch protein\u016f<\/strong> (dopl\u0148kov\u00e1 tabulka 4), za nimi\u017e n\u00e1sledovalo (nejm\u00e9n\u011b) 13 navazuj\u00edc\u00edch ORF. Krom\u011b toho sd\u00edl\u00ed WHCV vysoce konzervovanou dom\u00e9nu (LLRKNGNKG: aminokyseliny 122-130) v nsp1 se SARS-CoV. P\u0159edpokl\u00e1dan\u00e1 d\u00e9lka gen\u016f S, ORF3a, E, M a N viru WHCV je 3 822, 828, 228, 669 a 1 260 nt. Krom\u011b t\u011bchto oblast\u00ed ORF, kter\u00e9 jsou spole\u010dn\u00e9 v\u0161em \u010dlen\u016fm podrodu Sarbecovirus, je WHCV podobn\u00fd SARS-CoV v tom, \u017ee nese p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dan\u00fd gen ORF8<\/strong> (o d\u00e9lce 366 nt), kter\u00fd se nach\u00e1z\u00ed mezi geny ORF M a N. Funkce ORF WHCV byly p\u0159edpov\u011bzeny na z\u00e1klad\u011b funkc\u00ed zn\u00e1m\u00fdch koronavir\u016f <\/strong>a jsou pops\u00e1ny v dopl\u0148kov\u00e9 tabulce 5.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Metagenomick\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edstupy SARS-CoV-2 proto obvykle zahrnuj\u00ed kroky k odstran\u011bn\u00ed hostitelsk\u00fdch a bakteri\u00e1ln\u00edch bun\u011bk, a to bu\u010f odst\u0159ed\u011bn\u00edm nebo filtrac\u00ed p\u0159ed extrakc\u00ed RNA<\/strong>, nebo chemick\u00fdm \u010di enzymatick\u00fdm odstran\u011bn\u00edm ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed DNA\/RNA. To je snaz\u0161\u00ed u tekut\u00fdch vzork\u016f, z nich\u017e lze bu\u0148ky sn\u00e1ze odd\u011blit, jako je bronchoalveol\u00e1rn\u00ed lav\u00e1\u017e (tabulka 1).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WHO uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee k odstran\u011bn\u00ed hostitelsk\u00fdch a bakteri\u00e1ln\u00edch bun\u011bk se obvykle prov\u00e1d\u00ed centrifugace (velmi rychl\u00e9 odst\u0159e\u010fov\u00e1n\u00ed materi\u00e1lu za \u00fa\u010delem odd\u011blen\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch \u010d\u00e1stic od men\u0161\u00edch) a filtrace (pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 se k dal\u0161\u00edmu odd\u011blen\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stic podle velikosti). Nikde v dokumentu o genomu SARS-COV-2 v\u0161ak nen\u00ed uvedeno, \u017ee by se tyto dva z\u00e1sadn\u00ed kroky prov\u00e1d\u011bly. Nav\u00edc, i kdyby tyto purifika\u010dn\u00ed kroky byly provedeny, WHO p\u0159ipou\u0161t\u00ed, \u017ee bude sekvenov\u00e1no i velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed materi\u00e1lu DNA\/RNA mimo c\u00edl hostitele. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee z metagenomick\u00e9 anal\u00fdzy bude poch\u00e1zet vysok\u00fd po\u010det nec\u00edlov\u00fdch “nevirov\u00fdch” \u010dten\u00ed. Bez ohledu na purifikaci tedy nelze v \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b tvrdit, \u017ee referen\u010dn\u00ed genom “SARS-COV-2” poch\u00e1z\u00ed z purifikovan\u00e9ho\/izolovan\u00e9ho zdroje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bez purifikace\/izolace neexistuje zp\u016fsob, jak by mohli ur\u010dit, \u017ee jimi sestrojen\u00fd genom “SARS-COV-2” poch\u00e1z\u00ed z jednoho zdroje. Ve studii se ani nepokusili o EM sn\u00edmky, proto\u017ee nebylo fyzicky p\u0159\u00edtomno nic, z \u010deho by mohli sn\u00edmek z\u00edskat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tuto obrovskou chybu se v\u011bdci sna\u017eili zakr\u00fdt t\u00edm, \u017ee se jako na z\u00e1lo\u017en\u00ed d\u016fkaz odvol\u00e1vali na jinou studii:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jsou zde dva probl\u00e9my:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Neizolovali “virus” od jednoho pacienta. Vytvo\u0159ili sekvenci z BALF jednoho pacienta. Dv\u011b zcela odli\u0161n\u00e9 v\u011bci.<\/li>

Souvislost mezi virem 2019-nCoV a onemocn\u011bn\u00edm nebyla ov\u011b\u0159ena pokusy na zv\u00ed\u0159atech, kter\u00e9 by spl\u0148ovaly Kochovy postul\u00e1ty pro stanoven\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinn\u00e9 souvislosti mezi mikroorganismem a onemocn\u011bn\u00edm.<\/strong> Zat\u00edm nezn\u00e1me ani rutinn\u00ed p\u0159enos tohoto viru mezi hostiteli.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    V\u0161echna n\u00e1sledn\u00e1 tvrzen\u00ed, testy, l\u00e9\u010dba, statistiky, v\u00fdvoj vakc\u00edn a z nich vypl\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed politiky jsou zalo\u017eeny na t\u00e9to sekvenci.<\/strong> Pokud testy tohoto nov\u00e9ho viru neidentifikuj\u00ed nic, co by bylo schopno vyvolat onemocn\u011bn\u00ed u lid\u00ed, nen\u00ed cel\u00e9 vypr\u00e1v\u011bn\u00ed o COVID 19 ni\u010d\u00edm jin\u00fdm ne\u017e \u0161ar\u00e1dou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci z WUHAN uvedli, \u017ee genetickou sekvenci SARS-CoV-2 \u00fa\u010dinn\u011b poskl\u00e1dali dohromady porovn\u00e1n\u00edm fragment\u016f nalezen\u00fdch ve vzorc\u00edch s jin\u00fdmi, d\u0159\u00edve objeven\u00fdmi genetick\u00fdmi sekvencemi. <\/strong>Ze shrom\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu zjistili 87,1% shodu s koronavirem SARS (SARS-Cov). Pou\u017eili sestaven\u00ed de novo a c\u00edlenou PCR a na\u0161li 29 891 p\u00e1r\u016f b\u00e1z\u00ed, kter\u00e9 m\u011bly 79,6% shodu sekvence se SARS-CoV.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Museli pou\u017e\u00edt sestaven\u00ed de novo, proto\u017ee nem\u011bli \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 p\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 znalosti o spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 sekvenci nebo po\u0159ad\u00ed t\u011bchto fragment\u016f.<\/strong> Jednodu\u0161e \u0159e\u010deno, tvrzen\u00ed WHO, \u017ee \u010d\u00edn\u0161t\u00ed v\u011bdci izolovali virus 7. ledna, je nepravdiv\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Wuhansk\u00fd t\u00fdm pou\u017eil 40 kol amplifikace RT-qPCR, aby porovnal fragmenty cDNA (komplement\u00e1rn\u00ed DNA sestaven\u00e1 z odebran\u00fdch fragment\u016f RNA) s publikovan\u00fdm genomem koronaviru SARS (SARS-CoV). Bohu\u017eel nen\u00ed jasn\u00e9, jak p\u0159esn\u00fd je i p\u016fvodn\u00ed genom SARS-CoV.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    V roce 2003 studoval t\u00fdm v\u011bdc\u016f z Hongkongu 50 pacient\u016f s t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdm akutn\u00edm respira\u010dn\u00edm syndromem (SARS). Od dvou z t\u011bchto pacient\u016f odebrali vzorky a vytvo\u0159ili kulturu v jatern\u00edch bu\u0148k\u00e1ch plodu opice.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Z nalezen\u00e9ho genetick\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu vytvo\u0159ili 30 klon\u016f. Nepoda\u0159ilo se jim naj\u00edt d\u016fkazy o p\u0159\u00edtomnosti jin\u00e9ho zn\u00e1m\u00e9ho viru, pouze v jednom z t\u011bchto klonovan\u00fdch vzork\u016f nalezli genetick\u00e9 sekvence “nezn\u00e1m\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu”.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    P\u0159i zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bchto nezn\u00e1m\u00fdch sekvenc\u00ed RNA zjistili 57% shodu s bovinn\u00edm koronavirem a virem my\u0161\u00ed hepatitidy a odvodili, \u017ee jde o virus z \u010deledi Coronaviridae.<\/strong> Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee tyto sekvence nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o nov\u011b objeven\u00fd virus SARS-CoV (nov\u00e9 objevy jsou pro v\u011bdce ambr\u00f3zi\u00ed), navrhli primery RT-PCR k testov\u00e1n\u00ed tohoto nov\u00e9ho viru. V\u011bdci uvedli:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Byly navr\u017eeny primery pro detekci nov\u00e9ho viru pro RT-PCR detekci genomu tohoto lidsk\u00e9ho koronaviru spojen\u00e9ho s pneumoni\u00ed v klinick\u00fdch vzorc\u00edch. Ze 44 vzork\u016f nosohltanu, kter\u00e9 byly k dispozici od 50 pacient\u016f se SARS, <\/em><\/strong>jich 22 prok\u00e1zalo RNA lidsk\u00e9ho koronaviru spojen\u00e9ho s pneumoni\u00ed.”<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Polovina testovan\u00fdch pacient\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed m\u011bli v\u0161ichni stejn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edznaky, byla pozitivn\u00ed na tento nov\u00fd \u00fadajn\u00fd virus. Nikdo nev\u00ed, pro\u010d byla druh\u00e1 polovina testov\u00e1na na tento nov\u00fd virus SARS-CoV negativn\u011b. <\/strong>Tato ot\u00e1zka nebyla polo\u017eena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Tento \u00fadajn\u00fd virus m\u011bl pouze 57% sekven\u010dn\u00ed shodu s \u00fadajn\u011b zn\u00e1m\u00fdm koronavirem. Zbyl\u00fdch 43 % “tam” jen bylo. <\/strong>Byla z\u00edsk\u00e1na sekven\u010dn\u00ed data a zaznamen\u00e1na jako nov\u00fd genom pod p\u0159\u00edstupov\u00fdm \u010d\u00edslem GenBank AY274119.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci z Wuhanu n\u00e1sledn\u011b zjistili 79,6% sekven\u010dn\u00ed shodu s AY274119, a proto jej ozna\u010dili za nov\u00fd kmen SARS-CoV (2019-nCoV – nakonec p\u0159ejmenovan\u00fd na SARS-CoV-2). V \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 f\u00e1zi tohoto procesu nikdo nevytvo\u0159il \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd izolovan\u00fd, purifikovan\u00fd vzorek jak\u00e9hokoli viru. Jedin\u00e9, co m\u011bli, byly procentu\u00e1ln\u00ed shody sekvenc\u00ed s jin\u00fdmi procentu\u00e1ln\u00edmi shodami sekvenc\u00ed.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Prvn\u00ed nezodpov\u011bzen\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka zn\u00ed: primery jsou tvo\u0159eny 18-24 b\u00e1zemi (nukleotidy) ka\u017ed\u00fd; virus SARS-Cov2 se \u00fadajn\u011b skl\u00e1d\u00e1 z 30 000 b\u00e1z\u00ed; primer tedy p\u0159edstavuje pouze 0,07 % genomu viru.<\/strong> Jak je mo\u017en\u00e9 vybrat konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed hledan\u00fd virus na tak nepatrn\u00e9m podkladu, a nav\u00edc v mo\u0159i miliard \u010d\u00e1stic podobn\u00fdch viru? Bylo by to jako hledat slona hled\u00e1n\u00edm velmi mal\u00e9ho \u0161ed\u011b zbarven\u00e9ho chlupu jeho ocasu: hled\u00e1n\u00edm \u0161ed\u011b zbarven\u00e9ho chlupu byste mohli naj\u00edt \u0161ediv\u00e9 ko\u010dky, \u0161ediv\u00e9 psy, \u0161ediv\u00e9 lidi atd.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Ale je toho v\u00edc. Proto\u017ee virus, kter\u00fd hled\u00e1te, je nov\u00fd, zjevn\u011b neexistuj\u00ed hotov\u00e9 genetick\u00e9 primery, kter\u00e9 by odpov\u00eddaly specifick\u00e9 frakci nov\u00e9ho viru; vezmete tedy primery, o nich\u017e se domn\u00edv\u00e1te, \u017ee by se mohly bl\u00ed\u017eit hypotetick\u00e9 struktu\u0159e viru, ale je to jen odhad, a kdy\u017e tyto primery aplikujete na supernatantn\u00ed v\u00fdvar, va\u0161e primery se mohou nav\u00e1zat na kteroukoli z miliard molekul v n\u011bm p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00fdch a vy nem\u00e1te tu\u0161en\u00ed, \u017ee to, co jste takto vytvo\u0159ili, je hledan\u00fd virus. <\/strong>Ve skute\u010dnosti se jedn\u00e1 o nov\u00fd v\u00fdtvor vytvo\u0159en\u00fd v\u00fdzkumn\u00edky, kte\u0159\u00ed jej pak nazvou SARS-Cov2, ale s p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dan\u00fdm “skute\u010dn\u00fdm” virem zodpov\u011bdn\u00fdm za onemocn\u011bn\u00ed nem\u00e1 v\u016fbec \u017e\u00e1dnou spojitost.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
